All of our recipes are macro-conscious, fresh ingredient oriented, and maximize time and budget. I’ll even throw in a few snacks, breakfast ideas and lazy day dinners, but these will never replace your 3 core fresh meal recipes.

Each list will be separated by grocery section so that you can shop efficiently. It will be curated around the best of the weekly sales. I’ll also throw in recommended staples that are a great deal this week, in addition to the ingredients needed for the week’s recipes.
